Endocrinology..

Hyeeeeeeeeeeee....Assalamualaikum...

Woweee..its been a while aight?? So today i'd like to blabber bout my current cycle , Endocrinology and how has it been for the past 3 days.

Basically this sem we are just repeating those weve learnt last semester, few glands that are important for our body ; Hypothalamus-hyphophysis (Head), Thymus , Thyroid (neck), Adrenal (kidney), Ovary (Woman).

Boringggggg...all day long bout the study thingy, I know. But what to do, next month will be the final class for us the finalists here. And July's approching, meaning that somehow my footsteps is toward the hectic-so-not-dream job as an Intern. I shall stop whinning as i knw the upcoming job going to be a noble job (provided with right intention)-serving human's need.
(and as His slave's of course)

I had my early breakfast at 6am, nasik with ayam masak merah..lol. Cook it with fresh red chillies plus lots of onions n lemon grass. Taste - great!!!! =p (except for the fact that it is kinda spicy)..
Later on i went to class, around 745 am. Arrive at 910, 10 mins late but the teacher wasnt in yet. Lucky me,weeooo.. The class is abit compressed coz we squeeze in 2 groups together. Hypoxic-not. The ventilation is still good somehow.

Around 12 we follow ward rounds,checking these patients with endocrine diseases such as Diabetis Mellitus (kencing manih), Underdeveloped (maybe due to lack of Somatotropin Hormone) and few more. What caught my interest is that this lady,A, age 22, but actually she looks like a child, 143 cm height, and no secondary female sex characteristic. Its an unusual case, not that ive seen much in Russia. She did attend a Genetic Centre to run some test, and the defect is actually in her gene. Not because of the hormonal dysbalance or interruption. Somehow there's probability that her mother mite experienced injury/trauma during her pregnancy or etc.
I feel sorry for her, as i can see that she's quite unhappy with the presence of many med students around her.(we are about her age tho..).

Shortwhile after that we buzz off bec to class, do few check-ups on a 16 year old boy suspected having Cushing's Disease (Tumor in Pituitary Gland(head) ).. Pendek cite, most common symptoms is sudden weight gain, manifest by central obesity. Then we did some palpations on his neck ..
Oleh sbb ms tu tak ramai org dlm kelas ( yg td ramai2 semua dah cabut balik lepas lecture) Aku buat again dkt Jetman, classmate aku sbb last2 tension takut x dpt buat dgn cara yg betul. Spttnya lepas lecture balik,ramai org balik sbb igt dah takde class. Sbb masa tu awal lagi, aku rasa tak worth plak balik awal dah dtg jauh2..balik blk xde anak pon nk jage..hehehe..

So alkisahnya tula sikit sebanyak ape yg jadi harini..harini tensi lg time balik class sbb ttiap kali naik lif hostel msti lupe nk singgah kedai bawah beli roti and telur. Roti utk breakfast, telur reserved food. Incase malas2 kan..telur penyelamat.. protein tinggi tuuue... haha.. Bukan ape,malas nk naik trn lif 2-3 kali.. bertapa je dlm blk.. sikit lagi jadi batu belah batu bertangkup..ups.. heh heh..

Malam ni dpt nasi ayam free..weewoo! Rezeki..alhamdulillah...

Live will be very busy from now on.. focus harder..will enjoy my every single day as student before we all go bec to msia and become slaves... huahuahua...
